UNH FACULTY, STAFF & GRADUATE STUDENTS QUICK GUIDE
REPORTING SEXUAL VIOLENCE AND HARASSMENT
What Should Be Reported? All instances of sexual violence must be reported. At UNH, sexual violence includes sexual harassment, sexual assault, unwanted sexual contact, sexual misconduct, domestic violence, relationship abuse, dating violence, and stalking (including cyber-stalking).
Who Must Report? UNH Mandatory Reporters – all faculty, staff, coaches, teaching assistants, research assistants, hall directors, and student workers who lead, supervise, and/or mentor other students – are required to report. The ONLY exceptions to this rule is the individual who experiences sexual violence and confidential support service providers at SHARPP, UNH Health Services, and the Counseling Center, or other support sexual assault agencies, or ordained pastoral counselors or the Employee Assistance Program.
